Referral program policies

Our candidate referral ecosystem is subject to explicit operational verification. Referral incentives or financial payouts are only validated and payable if the referred candidate is successfully hired by our corporate client and completes their designated employer probation lifecycle. Self-referrals are strictly prohibited, and Dream Hires retains final administrative authority over all incentive approvals and payouts.

Intellectual property

All branding assets, text, custom layouts, graphics, source code tokens, and overall designs on this site are owned exclusively by Dream Hires or used with explicit permission. Do not copy, distribute, or reuse any elements without our direct written consent.

Limitation of liability
